은 거 알리다

A modifier plus 거 names the thing by its quality, and 알리다 — always as 알려주다 or 알려드리다 in these lines — is letting someone know it. Five of them are the set compliment 좋은 거 알려주다: 참 좋은거 알려주네 means roughly 'now that's a good thing to know', said to someone who has just passed on a tip. ~ 같은 거 알려주다 means telling people things of that general kind, as with 팁 같은 거 알려주면 좋을 거 같습니다.
