got any ~ or anything?

Six of these eight lines have the same shape: a noun plus 같은 거 없어요?, "is there no such-and-such, or anything like it?". 이쑤시개 같은 거 없어요? asks for a toothpick or whatever else will do the job; 숙취 같은 거 없어요? asks whether you get hangovers at all. The 같은 거 softens the ask — you are not demanding that exact item. Without it the question is plainer: 혹시 뭐 잊은 거 없으세요? "nothing you've forgotten?".
