은 거 가져가다

take the X one along

-은/는 거 names an item by a quality and 가져가다 is taking it with you. Most lines are advice about what to bring, and 같은 거 'something like' keeps the suggestion loose: 삼각대 같은 거 가져가야지 'take a tripod or something', 꽃다발 같은 거 가져가는 것도 되게 귀엽고 'bringing flowers or the like would be sweet'.
