you know the kind of thing

Five of the eight lines here are 같은 거 있-, and that phrase does the real work: it points at a whole category and asks the listener to picture it. With 있잖아(요) it assumes you already know the type — 낮은 미니 케이크 같은 거 있잖아요 'you know those short mini cakes.' With a question ending it asks whether the type exists where you are: 여러분들 나라에도 셀프바 같은 거 있나요? Without 같은 it is a plain 'is there something you...': 한 번 해보고 싶은 거 있어요!
