-은 거 packages a description into 'that kind of thing', and 같은 거 좋아하다 — liking stuff like that — is the everyday way to name a taste without listing it out: mukbang and things like it, gardening and so on, that one song or something similar. Keep 좋다 ('it is good') apart from 좋아하다 ('somebody likes it'); both appear in these lines. 좋은 거 좋다고 하다, saying you like a thing when you do, describes a straightforward person.
