there's plenty of ___ ones

A modifier plus 거 stands in for the noun and 많다 says there are lots. Two shapes recur here: quality, as in 좋은 거 많죠 — used three times, about neighbourhoods, films and songs — and desire, -고 싶은 거 많다: 먹고 싶은 거 많을 거 아니에요 (there'll be tons you want to eat), 이야기하고 싶은 거 많아요.
