거 is casual 것, and in seven of these eight lines the phrase is 같은 거 'things like ___', naming an example rather than an exact item: 팔찌 같은 거 만들어 본 적 있니? 'have you ever made anything like a bracelet?', 크림 리소토 같은 거 만들면 어떨까 'how about making something like a cream risotto?'. The exception is 새로운 거 만들어내는 게 직업이에요 'my job is producing new things', where 만들어내다 means bringing something original into being.
