은 거 나오다

A modifier plus 거 plus 나오다 means something of that description turning up — in a game, a draw, a dig, a menu. 오늘 몇 개 좋은 거 나왔네 is 'we got a few good ones today'; 같은 거 나오는 거죠? asks whether matching ones have to come up to win. ~ 같은 거 나오다 means something of that sort appearing, as in 기와 같은 거 나온다 (I can see something like roof tiles over there).
