은 거 시키다

order the [such-and-such] one

-은/는 거 picks out the item by a quality and 시키다 is ordering it, from a restaurant or a delivery app: 감튀 작은 거 시켜도 'even if you order the small fries', 양 많은 거 시켜서 'ordered the large portion'. 같은 거 'something like' appears in several lines and keeps the choice loose — 치킨 같은 거 시켜 먹어도 되고, 'we could order chicken or something'. 시키다 also means making someone do something, but in nearly every line here it is food.
