으니까 되다

we did X, that is enough

The first clause gives the reason and 되다 in its past form says that settles it: we finally met today, so it is fine; I did apologise to her, so we are good; at least we got pizza out of it; someone did debut, so that will do. It is how you close off a disappointment by naming the one thing that did work. Two of these lines use 되다 in its ordinary senses instead, once for nothing working and once for it working out because he has the skill.
