change into a certain state

바뀌다 is something changing by itself, and the manner word says into what. Most lines here use 이렇게 or 어떻게, pointing at the result or asking after it: 노들섬이 이렇게 바뀐데요 진짜, 그렇다면 한강은 어떻게 바뀌었을까요? A useful fixed phrase turns up too — [말 그대로 하루가 다르게 바뀌는 세상], 하루가 다르게 meaning 'changing so fast it's different every day.'
