게 받치다

hold it up from underneath

받치다 is putting something under a thing to hold it up — a hand under your wrist while pouring (손목으로 손목을 이렇게 받쳐서 따라 드려도 괜찮습니다), something behind your back like a cushion (이렇게 받쳐 주면 쿠션 같고), a garnish under sliced fish (마치 꽃받침처럼 회를 이렇게 받쳐주죠). It goes figurative for backing someone up: 여러분의 웃음을 든든하게 받쳐주는, 뒤에 친구들이 이렇게 받쳐주는 느낌으로써. Nearly every line has 이렇게 because the speaker is demonstrating.
