빌리다 is the verb for both sides of a loan, borrowing on your own account and, with the helper for giving, lending to someone: how am I supposed to lend you anything, borrowing an awkward sort of amount, borrowing one now and then for a smoke. It also covers hiring or renting a space or vehicle, as in booking somewhere privately or renting out a whole field. Which side you are on shows in the ending, not the verb.
