불리다 is the passive of 부르다 'call', so this is what people call something — usually with 이렇게 or 그렇게 pointing back at a nickname just mentioned: 네 그렇게 불리고 있어요 (yes, that's what they call me), 3점 슛 goat, 판타지 스타 이렇게 불리죠. Two traps: 부르다 also means 'sing', so 쉽게 불리는 노래 is a song easily sung, and an entirely different 불리다 means to soak or to put weight on.
