게 다가가다

approach someone in a certain way

-게 turns an adjective into a manner adverb and 다가가다 is moving closer to someone. Most of these lines are figurative — how you come across to other people: 편하게 다가가다 (approach in a relaxed way), 친숙하게 다가가다 (come across as familiar), 새롭게 다가가다 (approach in a fresh way). Note the direction: 다가가다 is moving toward the other person, while 다가오다 is something coming toward the speaker.
