run hard, or go all out

달리다 is running or driving at speed, taking adverbs like 힘차게 "vigorously", 빠르게 "fast", 힘겹게 "with difficulty". It also goes figurative for anything done flat out: 토크 열차 또 지금 심하게 달렸거든요 "the talk train was really tearing along", and 아침 9시부터 이렇게 달리나? about someone already at full throttle. That figurative use is slangy and often implies partying or drinking hard. Its cousin 뛰다 covers running and jumping more generally.
