게 담다

put it into a container; plate it up

담다 is putting contents into something, and -게 says how it is done or how it looks: 너무 예쁘게 담았다 'it's plated beautifully', 그 요리 용기에 이렇게 담습니다 'you put it into the food container like this', 이렇게 담아 놓으니까 편하더라고 'keeping it stored like this turns out to be handy'. It stretches to holding content of any kind — MP3에 이렇게 담아가지고 'loaded onto an MP3 player', and 하고 싶은 얘기를 그렇게 담았던 것 같아요 'I think I put the story I wanted to tell into it'.
