당기다 is to pull. Used of food it is the pull you feel toward it, a craving — not really craving Korean food, craving instant noodles, never having craved pasta. The rest of these lines are literal pulls: pulling a strap, shoulders pulling tight when hunched, clocks pulled forward for daylight saving. The -게 slot is almost always 그렇게 (that much) or 이렇게 (like this).
