데우다 is warming something back up that has gone cold — a bowl of nurungji, a drink, water in a boiler. In every line here the manner word is a warmth word: 따뜻하게, 따끈하게, 뜨끈하게, 따듯하게, 후끈하게, all shades of pleasantly warm rather than hot. Its opposite, 식다 (going cold), turns up in one of the same lines.
