드러나다 is something previously hidden becoming visible of its own accord, and the -게 adverb says how plainly: 더 명확하게 드러난 두 팀의 차이, [훈련받은 프로들과 극명하게 드러나는 차이], 이제 명백하게 드러난 것 같습니다. It works physically as well, for something showing through a surface (그래서 이렇게 불룩하게 드러나서). 드러내다 is deliberately putting something on show; 드러나다 is it coming to light by itself.
