드리다 is the humble form of 주다 "give", used when the person receiving is above you — a customer, a guest, an elder. The -게 adverb says how: 공평하게 드릴게요 "I'll hand it out fairly", 쉽게 드릴게요 "I'll make it easy for you". Two lines here are café staff asking 따뜻하게 드릴까요? — "shall I make that a hot one?". It also covers giving things that are not objects: 설명을 간단하게 드리다, giving someone a brief explanation.
