게 돌리다

turn or spin it somehow

Says how something gets turned: 세게 돌리다 "give it a hard spin", 빠르게 돌리다 "run it quickly". 이렇게 돌리다 "turn it like this" is the commonest here, because people are demonstrating with their hands on camera. 돌리다 stretches a long way beyond spinning — 공기를 돌리다 "circulate the air", 게임을 돌리다 "run a round of the game", and 돌려 말하다, saying something in a roundabout way instead of straight out.
