두르다 is to run something around in a circle, and the "-게" adverb says how. Cooking dominates: 넉넉하게 두르다, pour a generous amount of oil around the pan, is a set instruction that three lines here use; you pour it round rather than in a puddle. It also covers people ringing around a spot for a photo, and a wall going around something — that's how they ran the Great Wall. One line uses it figuratively for talking in circles, 둘러 둘러 얘기하다.
