게 가져가다

take it away with you

가져가다 is taking something away with you, and the adverb usually measures how much: 적게 가져갈 생각입니다 "I'm planning to take only a little", 딱 맞게 가져가는 게 쾌감이 있어요 "there's a real satisfaction in packing exactly the right amount". It covers taking food home — 라멘 이렇게 가져간다고? "you're taking all that ramen with you?" — and getting a thing somewhere: 바이크는 어떻게 가져가? "how do you get the bikes there?". Its opposite is 가져오다, bringing something here.
