get angry, blow up at someone
화내다 is letting anger out at somebody, and the -게 adverb before it is 이렇게 or 그렇게 in almost every line. Sometimes that is literal demonstration — "그 사람 뭐야?" 이렇게 화내 주는 거죠, showing how to deliver the line. More often 이렇게 means "so much" rather than "in this manner", and the sentence is an objection: 왜 이렇게 화내는 거야?, 너무 이렇게 화내실 필요가 없다는. Keep it apart from 화나다, which is anger happening to you; 화내다 is directing it outward.
