게 있다

stay a certain way; there is

있다 does two jobs and both show up here. As 'stay, be' it describes someone's condition: 왜냐하면 집이니까 편하게 있어야죠 'it's home, so you should be comfortable', 우울하게 있었던 제가 바보같이 느껴져서. As 'there is' it points at what exists, usually with 이렇게 or 어떻게 — 뒤에 보면은 바다가 이렇게 있는데 'behind me there's the ocean, like this', and the delighted 망고가 어떻게 있지? 'they even have mango!'
