게 자르다

-게 makes an adverb, so this is simply "cut it thus": 작게 자르다 "cut it small", 조그맣게 잘라지다 "be cut into little pieces", 이렇게 자르다 "cut it like this". Most of these lines are food being prepared or shown on camera, where the adverb is usually about size. One line uses it about money instead — 과감하게 자르다, boldly cutting a stock position loose.
