게 찌다

steam it; gain weight

Two unrelated verbs share this form and both are here. One is steaming — corn, and in one line even coal, at a stated temperature. The other is putting on weight, which is what 왜 이렇게 쪘어 ('why have you gained so much') and 건강하게 찌는 거다 ('at least I gained it the healthy way') mean. Only the object tells you which one you are looking at.
