찍히다 is the passive of 찍다, so the subject is whatever got captured — you in a photo, a number on a display, a shape pressed into rock, tear tracks on a face. -게 says how it came out: 이상하게 찍혀도 그대로 올리는 거예요 (even when it comes out weird, they post it as is), 2024년이 조금 높게 찍혔는데 (2024 came in a bit high). Use 찍다 when you are the one taking the picture or the reading.
