게 찢다

tear it up, shred it

An adverb in "-게" plus 찢다, "tear, rip". Every line here carries one: 이렇게 "like this", 저렇게 "like that", 잘게 "into small pieces". Most are about food and demonstration — string cheese torn up into the noodles, chicken breast shredded fine to eat with rice, tearing it open with a knife. It is tearing by hand or by pulling apart, not cutting; for cutting you'd want 자르다.
