Also spelled gekada

peel it a certain way

-게 gives the manner and 까다 is peeling or shelling — most of these lines are about food: 쉽게 깔 수 있어요 (it peels easily), 먹기 편하게 까줬어 (he peeled it so it was easy to eat), 이거 어떻게 까? (how do I peel this?). 까다 also has a slang sense, running someone down, which is what 그냥 이렇게 까는 거 아니에요? is doing. Context decides which one you are hearing; there is no difference in form.
