게 꺼내다

꺼내다 is taking something out of a container, pocket or drawer, and -게 gives the manner: 자신 있게 꺼내드는 휴대폰 (whipping the phone out confidently), 소중하게 꺼내서 입는 (taking it out carefully to wear). Every line here is about a physical object, though the same verb is also the ordinary way to say you brought up a subject. The opposite is 넣다, putting it in.
