게 끓이다

boil or cook it somehow

끓이다 is boiling something you intend to eat — ramyeon, soup, stew — and -게 gives the manner: 맛있게 끓여주고 (cook it so it tastes good), 물을 좀 자작하게 끓일까? (shall we boil it with the liquid low?), 특이하게 끓이지 않나요? (don't they boil it in an unusual way?). Keep it apart from 끓다, which is what the water does by itself; 끓이다 is what the cook does to it.
