꼬다 is twisting one thing around another — crossing your legs or fingers, twisting a rope, tangling something up. The adverb before it is usually 이렇게 'like this', spoken while demonstrating: 손가락을 이렇게 꼬는 거 있어요. It also works figuratively for making something deliberately convoluted: 비트를 복잡하게 꼬아요, 'they twist the beat up in a complicated way'.
