hang or dangle from something

매달리다 is hanging off something with your weight on it — monkey bars, a rope, a ledge — and the word before it says how. In these lines it is almost always 이렇게 'like this', spoken while showing the position: 진짜 여기서 이렇게 매달려 있어. It works for anything left dangling too, including a thick drip of snot: 여기 이렇게 매달려 있는 거예요.
