게 막히다

be blocked; be stuck in traffic

막히다 is a passage being blocked — a blocked nose, communication cut off entirely. Its commonest everyday use is traffic: 차가 막히다 is 'the traffic is bad', which four lines here are complaining about. 막힘이 없이 is the reverse, everything running without a hitch. The -게 slot gives the degree: 무지하게 (terribly), 완벽하게 (completely).
