말리다 is drying something out, and the adverb gives the degree: dried bone dry and brittle, dried until crisp like a baguette, or just dried like this. Most of these lines are someone showing or asking about a method, including setting out spoons and bowls to dry. Be aware that an identically spelled verb means to talk someone out of doing something, which is a completely different word and not what these lines are about.
