모이다 is people or things coming together by themselves; 모으다 is a person collecting them. 이렇게 모이다 "gather like this" fills most of these lines, and 오늘 이렇게 모인 거는… — "the reason we've all gathered today is…" — is a standard way to open a meeting or a show. Time adverbs work too: 조금 늦게 모이자 "let's meet up a bit later". One line uses it of money: 그렇게 모인 회비, the dues collected that way.
