An adverb plus 묶다, to tie, bind or bundle. What gets tied in these lines is mostly hair, along with a rubbish bag once it is full, shoelaces, and a person being kept tied up. The adverb is usually just like this, because someone is demonstrating while they talk, but neatly and prettily appear too.
