게 나타나다

appear, or show up somehow

나타나다 is something appearing where there was nothing, and the adverb says how. In these lines it covers a cafe turning up at exactly the right moment and someone bursting onto the scene, but just as often it is a pattern showing itself: a usage spreading clearly, dreams happening more often during growth spurts, reactions coming quickly, signs of market unease appearing plainly. That second group reads as commentary or reporting, not chat.
