게 낮추다

낮추다 is lowering something deliberately. Four of these seven lines are about money coming down — 우리는 금리를 크게 낮출 수 있고 (we can cut rates a lot), 주거비용을 어떻게 낮춰보고, 저렴하게 낮출 수 있는, 내 평단을 자연스럽게 낮출 수 있고 — with -게 giving the degree. Contrast the adjective 낮다, which just says something is low, and 낮아지다, which is it getting lower on its own.
