게 누리다

enjoy something to the full

An adverb in "-게" plus 누리다, "enjoy, have the benefit of". 누리다 is not liking something — it is having and making use of a benefit, a privilege or a good time: enjoy it at your leisure and in comfort, I came to have the full experience, everyone able to enjoy the benefit of the system equally, we'll ride the effect hard. That is why it goes with entitlements and advantages, and why 이렇게 누려도 되나 means roughly "am I allowed this much?"
