피다 is what a flower does, and the -게 adverb here is almost always 예쁘게 or 이쁘게 "beautifully": 이야 꽃이 너무 예쁘게 폈네, [길가에 예쁘게 핀 꽃 발견!]. Watch for two other things that look the same: in casual speech people write 피다 for smoking a cigarette (항상 파이프 담배 이렇게 피고 나오는 분인데), and one line stretches it loosely to pushing something hard (관세 정책을 좀 세게 피면). The flower sense is what dominates these lines.
