푸다 is scooping something loose out of a container — rice, soup, jeotgal: 자유롭게 퍼서 먹으면 되고요 (just help yourself), 젓갈을 어떻게 퍼먹어요. The catch is that a different verb, 풀다 'loosen, release', drops its ㄹ before these endings and comes out looking identical, and that is what several lines really are: 스트레스는 어떻게 푸세요? (how do you relieve stress?) and 썰들을 너무 재미있게 푸시니까 (you spin the stories so well). The 퍼- forms are always the scooping verb.
