게 생각나다

come to mind, be recalled

An adverb in "-게" plus 생각나다, "come to mind", with the adverb rating how clearly: 선명하게 vividly, 뚜렷하게 distinctly, 크게 much, 묘하게 oddly. It is the memory arriving on its own, not you doing the remembering — that's why the negative is common here: I can't recall it clearly, nothing much comes to mind.
