살아가다 is 살다 'live' plus 가다 'go' — living as something you keep doing, closer to 'get on with life' than to simply being alive. -게 in front supplies the manner: 건강하게 살아갈 거야 'I'll keep living healthily', 밸런스 있게 살아가면서 'living a balanced life while…'. Against plain 살다 the difference is duration: 건강하게 살다 is 'live healthily', 건강하게 살아가다 is 'carry on living that way'.
