살아남다 is coming out of something alive — a disaster, a hard place, a competitive field. The word before it here is nearly always 어떻게 'how': 여기서 어떻게 살아남지? 'how am I going to survive here?', 어떻게 살아남을 것 같아요? Two other lines use 유일하게, being the only ones to survive.
