게 쏟아지다

쏟아지다 is the passive of 쏟다 'to spill': something comes down or arrives all at once and past controlling. Literally that is rain — 비가 엄청나게 쏟아지면서 — and figuratively it is lawsuits, product, or drowsiness: 잠이 그렇게 쏟아져요, 'the sleepiness just floods in'. The adverb is usually one of scale, with 엄청나게 'enormously' in four of these lines.
