An adverb in "-게" plus 숙이다, lowering the head or the upper body forward. Seven of these eight lines are 이렇게 숙이다, "bend down like this" — someone demonstrating on camera while they talk: bowing in greeting, stretching, going down until hands and forehead touch the floor. The one other adverb is 다소곳하게, "demurely". So in practice this is the phrase for showing a posture rather than describing one abstractly.
