게 띄우다

float it, put it up

띄우다 is making something float or rise: rocks hanging in the air (저 돌은 어떻게 띄웠어?), an object sent into orbit (우주에다가 어떻게 띄워서 어떻게 만들어요?), a ball hit high ([높게 띄운 공]). It is also the word for putting an image up on a screen for people to see: 저희의 사진, 추억들을 이렇게 띄워주셨었는데, 이렇게 띄워서 보여 주는데. 뜨다 is something floating by itself; 띄우다 is you making it float.
